What is the 1Q Shop and how does it work?

The 1Q Shop is an online supplement shop for B2B companies that want to bring high-quality dietary supplements to market quickly and easily. Our customers can order various white-label products and tested formulations with just a few clicks, adapt them to their needs, and have them delivered within a few weeks. To do so, they create an account, select a suitable product, enter their details, pay, and wait for delivery.

Who is the 1Q Shop designed for?

The 1Q Shop is designed for supplement start-ups and established brands, content creators, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, retailers, and other healthcare providers who want to launch a high-quality dietary supplement without a lengthy development phase.

Can I order directly in the shop without speaking to a sales representative?

Yes. Our shop is designed to be simple and intuitive, so once you have found a suitable product, you can order it directly — similar to placing an online order in the B2C sector.

Can I customize products directly in the shop, such as ingredients, packaging, or labels?

For certain products, you can add your own label. For other products, there is also the option to customize the packaging. Additional customization options will be added gradually.

How can I pay in the shop?

You can pay with all major credit cards as well as by invoice.

Can private individuals order in the shop?

Only if they are entrepreneurs or business owners, as a valid VAT identification number is required to place an order.

Production and Development

What is the difference between white label, tested formulations, and private label?

White-label products are in-stock, fully developed products that you can resell under your own brand. Tested formulations are similar to white-label products but are produced to order. The delivery time is slightly longer, but they offer extended customization options. Private label refers to individually developed products that are created completely from scratch.

Do you also offer private-label solutions?

How long does it take from ordering to receiving a market-ready product?

For white-label products, the delivery time is usually a few weeks, depending on the location. For tested formulations, the delivery time is typically between 3 and 6 months.

Can I start with small quantities and scale later?

Yes, this is possible.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Austria and Germany.

Yes. Our regulatory team supports you with all questions related to regulatory requirements. If you order white-label products through our shop, you can optionally receive them with our regulatory-approved label template. We also provide you with all approved health claims.
