Shipping & Returns
To ensure that you receive your products reliably and predictably, we have designed our shipping process to be clear, transparent, and tailored to business requirements.
We supply exclusively to companies in Germany and Austria. All prices are quoted net of statutory VAT.
The shipping method is automatically determined based on the volume and composition of your order. Smaller and medium-sized orders are shipped via parcel service (DPD). Larger quantities are delivered by freight forwarding service (DACHSER). The applicable shipping costs are displayed in full during checkout before you complete your order.
For parcel shipments, we charge €10 net per package. The number of packages is calculated automatically based on quantity, product type, and packaging unit. You do not need to calculate anything — the shop handles this for you.
For larger shipping volumes, delivery is made via freight forwarding. Costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address, weight, and number of pallets, and are displayed transparently.
If items originate from different production companies, shipping costs will be calculated separately. This will also be clearly shown during checkout.

Please note that processing times may be longer for customized products:
For products with customer-specific labeling, please allow additional production time. After approval, the labels are printed (approx. 5–7 business days). We then generally require an additional 1–3 business days for labeling the goods.
The delivery period begins upon order confirmation.
Returns
As we supply exclusively to business customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in the B2B sector. Returns without cause are therefore generally not provided for.
Regardless of this, we carefully review all legitimate complaints and work toward a solution-oriented outcome.
Transport Damage
If your goods are damaged during shipping, please proceed as follows:
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon arrival for any visible damage. If you notice damage to cartons or pallets, have this confirmed in writing directly by the delivery driver (e.g. on the delivery note or electronically on the delivery device).
Concealed damage that only becomes visible after opening the shipment must be reported to us within three business days of receiving the goods. In this case, we require a brief description of the damage as well as photographic documentation of:
the outer packaging
the inner carton
the damaged goods
Once we receive your report, we will review the matter promptly and coordinate the next steps with you. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement delivery, credit note, or an individual solution.
Please note that in commercial transactions, the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transport company. Careful inspection upon delivery is therefore particularly important.
How a Return Works
You notify our customer service in writing of the return, stating your order number.
We review your request and confirm the return.
You return the goods to us in their original packaging at your own expense.
After receipt, we inspect the condition and completeness of the goods.
Following successful inspection, you will receive a credit note.
Please note that we can only accept cartons that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Minimum Shelf Life
We supply only goods with an appropriate remaining shelf life. Information on the current best-before date is available upon request before placing your order.
